摘要
盐酸酸洗废液投加氧化剂氯酸钠,制得聚合氯化铁(PFC),用于处理赣江水。结果表明,PFC投加量200 mg/L,转速150 r/min,pH值8~9,常温下进行絮凝反应,沉降时间20 min,反应最佳,反应后剩余浊度为4.68 NTU,去除率86.0%。
Polymerization of ferric chloride(PFC) was prepared by adding an oxidizing agent sodium chlorate using waste hydrochloric acid pickling waste to used for treating Ganjiang water.The results show that the amount of self-made PFC was 200 mg/L,the rotation speed was 150 r/min and the pH value 8~9,the flocculation reaction was carried out at room temperature and the settling time was 20 min,the reaction was the best,the residual turbidity was 4.68 NTU,the removal rate reached 86.0%.
