双层摊铺沥青混合料层间抗剪强度影响因素分析

摘要
通过采用劈裂剪切试验和直剪试验评价双层摊铺沥青混合料的抗剪切性能,分析沥青混合料层间连接方式、级配大小以及试验环境对抗剪强度的影响规律。结果表明,层间连接方式和试验环境均对双层摊铺沥青混合料层间抗剪强度有显著影响,级配大小对沥青混合料的影响较小。连续摊铺沥青混合料层间抗剪强度比间断摊铺抗剪强度大,低温环境对沥青混合料的影响程度要比冻融环境大。
The shear performance of double-layer paving asphalt mixture is evaluated by splitting shear test and direct shear test. The interlayer connection mode,gradation size of asphalt mixture and the influence rule of test environment on shear strength are analyzed. The results show that the interlayer connection mode and test environment have a significant effect on the interlaminar shear strength of asphalt pavement with double-layer paving,and the gradation size has little influence on the asphalt mixture. The shear strength of continuous paving asphalt mixture is larger than that of intermittent paving,and the influence of low temperature environment on asphalt mixture is greater than that of freeze-thaw environment.
