摘要
通过对容器液压试验时的螺栓预紧力进行分析,结合法兰从预紧状态到试压过程中法兰连接点的变化,推导出了最小螺栓预紧力及最大预紧力。针对工厂实际情况给出了液压试验时既能保证密封又不致密封垫片损伤的预紧力参考值,该预紧力转化为预紧力矩仅为无依据时上紧螺栓力矩的60%~70%。利用本文提供的螺栓预紧力进行容器液压状态下螺栓预紧可以有效的降低垫片被压溃而泄漏的风险。
        The pretightening force of bolts in the hydraulic test for the vessel was analyzed and combined with the change of flange connection point from pre-compaction to pressure test,the calculation method of the minimum and maximum pre-tightening force was deduced. According to the actual situation of the factory,the reference value of pretightening force was given to ensure the sealing avoided the damage of sealing gasket during the hydraulic test. The pretightening force converted to pre-tightening torque was only 60% ~ 70% of the tightening bolt torque without theoretical basis. The pretightening force of bolts in the hydraulic test can effectivly reduce the risk of leakage and collapse of gaskets.
