摘要
使用原子荧光法对汞不确定度进行评估,检出限为0.000 01mg/L。通过实际操作得知,在操作过程中,计算与评估来自于标准溶液、工作曲线、重复测量等因素产生的不确定度。
The uncertainty of mercury was evaluated by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The detection limit was 0.00001 mg/L.Through the actual operation,in the process of operation,calculation and evaluation from the standard solution,working curve,repeated measurement and other factors of uncertainty.
