急性肾盂肾炎给予三金片+左氧氟沙星治疗的临床研究

摘要
目的研究急性肾盂肾炎给予三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗的临床效果。方法随机抽取94例急性肾盂肾炎患者,采用均衡分组法分为参照组和联合组,各47例。参照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗,联合组采用左氧氟沙星联合三金片治疗,治疗1个月后观察疗效。结果联合组治疗总有效率95.74%,参照组治疗总有效率76.60%,联合组不良反应发生率2.13%,参照组不良反应发生率21.28%,联合组血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量及尿红细胞个数等指标与参照组相比要低,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性肾盂肾炎给予三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗效果显著,具有较高临床推广价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Sanjin Tablets combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis.
