我院门诊中药饮片处方点评结果分析

摘要
目的促进中药饮片的合理应用。方法按每月100张的标准,随机抽取医院2017年5月至2018年2月的门诊中药饮片处方,并进行合理性点评,从中医证型诊断缺失、用药味数、中药剂量、处方单剂用药金额等方面总结点评结果。结果处方合格率从2017年5月的17. 00%上升至2018年2月的87. 00%;中医诊断缺失的中药饮片处方占比从70. 00%下降至5. 00%;处方平均用药味数点评前与点评后无显著差异,平均为15味;单味药用量与单剂处方用药金额点评前后无显著差异;特殊煎煮方式标注合格率从84. 00%上升至100. 00%;处方中未出现配伍禁忌。结论对中药饮片处方的合理性点评可逐步改善处方现状,提高处方合格率。
Objective To promote the rational application of Chinese herbal decoction pieces. Methods Totally 100 prescriptions of Chinese herbal decoction pieces per month were selected randomly from May 2017 to February 2018,and their rationality was evaluated.The results were reviewed and summarized from the aspects of deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) syndromes diagnosis,number of Chinese herbal decoction pieces,dosage of herbal medicines and amount of single prescription. Results The qualified rate of prescription increased from 17. 00% in May 2017 to 87. 00% in February 2018. Among them,the proportion of prescriptions for Chinese herbal decoction pieces without TCM diagnosis decreased from 70. 00% to 5. 00%,there was no significant difference in the average number of Chinese herbal decoction pieces before and after the review,with an average of 15 Chinese herbal decoction pieces. There was no significant difference in the dosage of single herbal medicines and the amount of single prescription before and after the review. The qualified rate of special decoction method labeling increased from 84. 00% to 100. 00%,and there was no incompatibility in the prescriptions. Conclusion The prescription reasonableness review of Chinese herbal decoction pieces can gradually improve the current situation of the prescriptions and the qualified rate of the prescriptions.
