康复新液联合心理干预对食管癌患者急性放射性食管炎及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨康复新液联合心理干预对食管癌患者急性放射性食管炎(ARE)及生活质量的影响。方法选取食管癌放射治疗患者84例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各42例。2组均在采用适形调强放疗后,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予康复新液口服及心理干预措施。结果放疗后,研究组ARE症状减轻程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-5. 139,P <0. 001);研究组患者的进食情况优于对照组(χ~2=28. 339,P<0. 001);研究组无1例患者中断治疗,与对照组患者治疗中断发生率(14. 29%)比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4. 638,P=0. 025);研究组总体生活质量评分优于对照组(t=13. 865,P <0. 001)。结论康复新液联合心理干预可防治食管癌放疗患者ARE,减轻放疗反应,提高患者的生活质量,对疾病恢复具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with mental interventions on acute radiation esophagitis( ARE) and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 84 patients with esophageal cancer were selected and randomly divided into research group( n = 42) and control group( n = 42). After both groups were given intensity modulated radiotherapy( IMRT),patients in control group received routine care,while those in research group took Kangfuxin Solution orally and received mental interventions. Results After radiotherapy,the symptom of ARE in research group were relieved more significantly compared with that in control group( Z =-5. 139,P < 0. 001),the eating status of research group was obviously better than that of control group( χ~2 = 28. 339,P < 0. 001),there was no patient in research group who discontinued treatment,and difference was significant when compared with control group( χ~2 = 4. 638,P = 0. 025),the total scores of the quality of life in research group were higher than those of control group( t = 13. 865,P < 0. 001). Conclusion Application of Kangfuxin Solution plus mental interventions could prevent and treat ARE,reduces radiation reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is of positive significance to recovery of patients with esophageal cancer after radiotherapy.
