快速康复护理对妇科腹腔镜患者术后疼痛的影响研究

摘要
目的对快速康复护理在妇科腹腔镜患者手术治疗之后疼痛缓解的影响分析。方法从该院在2017年12月—2018年6月收治的患者当中方便抽取64例接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者作为样本,在随机分组的原则下,将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规的护理手段,观察组则需要采用快速康复护理的方案,对比两组患者在术后疼痛影响方面产生的差异。结果从该次实验的结果来看,两组患者在进行不同的护理方案之后,在肠胃功能恢复当中产生了一定的差异,对照组首次排气时间为(33.26±3.19)h,观察组为(24.65±3.15)h,(t=5.127 3,P<0.05);对照组首次排便时间为(26.78±2.03)h,观察组为(17.37±1.44)h,(t=7.316 8,P<0.05)。结论在当前的妇科治疗当中,患者在采用腹腔镜进行手术治疗之后,通过采用快速康复护理的方案,能够显著的改善患者的治疗效果,提升患者消化系统功能的恢复时间,同时降低并发症的发生几率,为患者的术后康复提供可靠的保障。
Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on pain relief after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 64 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were convenient selected from the patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to June 2018. According to the principle of randomization, they were divided into observation group and the control group, the control group used routine nursing methods, and the observation group required a rapid rehabilitation care program to compare the differences in postoperative pain between the two groups. Results From the results of this experiment, the two groups of patients had certain differences in the recovery of gastrointestinal function after different nursing programs. The first exhaust time of the control group was(33.26±3.19) h, and the observation group was(24.65±3.15) h(t=5.127 3, P<0.05); the first defecation time of the control group was(26.78±2.03) h, the observation group was(17.37±1.44) h(t=7.316 8, P<0.05). Conclusion In the current gynecological treatment, patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can significantly improve the patient's treatment effect by using rapid rehabilitation care, improve the recovery time of patients' digestive system function, and reduce the occurrence of complications, to provide a reliable guarantee for the patient's postoperative recovery.
