摘要
对双金属带锯进行了淬火处理实验,研究了淬火温度对带锯显微组织及硬度的影响规律。结果表明,随着淬火温度的升高,齿尖材料的晶粒尺寸变大,碳化物颗粒减少,基体的固溶强化效果增强,齿尖硬度增加;随着淬火温度的升高,齿背材料的晶粒尺寸变大,残余奥氏体增加,碳化物减少,基体的固溶强化效果增强,齿背硬度增加。
The quenching experiment of bimetallic band saw was carried out. The effects of quenching temperature on the microstructure and hardness of band saw were studied. The results show that, with the increase of quenching temperature, the grain size of tooth tip material becomes larger, the carbide particle decreases, the solution strengthening effect of matrix is enhanced, and the hardness of tooth tip increases. With the increase of quenching temperature, the grain size, residual austenite and carbides are increase the content of decreases, the solution strengthening effect of matrix is enhanced, and the hardness of tooth back is increased.
