纤维桩加全瓷冠在口腔修复中应用的疗效分析

摘要
目的探讨纤维桩加全瓷冠在口腔修复中应用的疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年2月需进行口腔修复治疗的残根残冠患者100例,以治疗方法分组,牙冠延长术+正畸牵引组50例给予牙冠延长术联合正畸牵引手术治疗,纤维桩加全瓷冠组50例则给予纤维桩加全瓷冠修复治疗。比较2组残根残冠修复效果;修复后修复体强度、美学效果、咀嚼功能、舒适度;治疗前后患者生活质量评分;牙根折断、桩核脱落、松动、移位和继发龋齿的发生率。结果纤维桩加全瓷冠组残根残冠修复效果高于牙冠延长术+正畸牵引组(P <0. 05);纤维桩加全瓷冠组修复后修复体强度、美学效果、咀嚼功能、舒适度高于牙冠延长术+正畸牵引组(P <0. 05);治疗前2组生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后纤维桩加全瓷冠组生活质量评分优于牙冠延长术+正畸牵引组(P <0. 05)。纤维桩加全瓷冠组牙根折断、桩核脱落、松动、移位和继发龋齿的发生率低于牙冠延长术+正畸牵引组(P <0. 05)。结论纤维桩加全瓷冠修复治疗残根残冠的应用效果确切,可有效提高修复后的稳固性,提高修复效果和美学效果,改善患者咀嚼功能,提高其舒适度和生活质量,且修复不良事件发生率低,安全有效,值得推广应用。
        Objective To investigate the application effects of fiber pile plus all-ceramic crown in oral cavity repairing. Methods The clinical data about 100 patients with residual root and residual crowns for oral repairing from January2016 to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients in crown lengthening + orthodontic traction group were treated by orthodontic traction operation,however,the patients in fiber pile + all-ceramic crown group were treated by fiber pile plus all-ceramic crown. The repairing effects of residual root and residual crowns,restoration strength,aesthetic effect,chewing function and degree of comfort,and quality of life score before and after treatment as well as the incidence rates of root fracture,nuclear detachment,looseness,displacement and secondary decayed tooth were observed and compared between the two grousp. Results The repairing effects in fiber pile + all-ceramic crown group were superiot to those in crown lengthening + orthodontic traction group( P < 0. 05). The restoration strength,aesthetic effect,chewing function,degree of comfort and life quality of patients in fiber pile + all-ceramic crown group were superiot to those in crown lengthening +orthodontic traction group( P < 0. 05). Moreover the incidence rates of fracture of the dental root,core detachment,looseness,displacement and secondary decayed tooth in fiber pile + all-ceramic crown group were significantly lower than those in crown lengthening + orthodontic traction group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application effects of fiber pile plus all-ceramic crown in oral cavity repairing are definite,which can effectively improve the stability of teeth after repairing,improve the repairing effects and aesthetic effects,improve the comfort degree and quality of life of patients,without adverse events,therefor,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
