摘要
目的观察分析微螺钉种植体支抗在口腔正畸患者中的应用效果,并分析其感染预防措施。方法运用随机抽签法从我院2015年6月至2018年6月收治的错颌畸形患者中选出1000例作为观察对象,按随机分组原则分为观察组和对照组各500例,对照组患者给予常规正畸支抗技术治疗,观察组患者给予微螺钉种植体支抗技术治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果比较U1-L1、L1-MP、U1-SN指标,治疗前(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组U1-SN、L1-MP小于对照组,U1-L1高于对照组,且(P<0.05);观察组总疗效94.20%高于对照组76.80%,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用微螺钉种植体支抗在口腔正畸患者中效果确切,具有效率高,恢复快的优点,可在临床大力推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of micro screw implant anchorage in orthodontic patients and analyze the infection prevention measures. Methods Using randomly from the patients with malocclusion were treated in our hospital during June2015 to June 2018 selected 1000 cases as the observation object, randomly divided into observation group and control group with 500 cases in each group, the control group were given routine orthodontic anchorage treatment, observation group were treated with micro implant anchorage treatment, compared two groups of patients the effect. Results Compare U1-L1, L1-MP and U1-SN indexes before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the U1-SN and L1-MP in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group, and U1-L1 was higher than that in the control group, and(P<0.05); The total efficacy of the observation group was 94.20% higher than that of the control group(76.80%), and the data between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of micro screw implant anchorage in orthodontic patients is exact, it has the advantages of high efficiency and fast recovery, which can be popularized in clinical practice.
