摘要
抗菌类药物在畜产品养殖过程中的滥用会存在农产品质量安全风险。现行的检测方法存在耗时长、效率低等缺点,而传统的快检方法虽然快速便捷但又存在假阳性、假阴性的缺点。本文通过将建立的一种多残留检测方法-液质联用法用于市售生鲜猪产品中抗菌类药物使用情况的调查项目中,取得较好的效果。
        The abuse of antibacterial drugs in the breeding process of animal products will have the risk of the agricultural products quality and safety. The current detection methods have the disadvantages of time-consuming and inefficiency, while the traditional fast detection method has the disadvantages of false positive and false negative. We established a multi-residue detection method, used High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS), to applied to the investigation of the use of antibacterial drugs in fresh pig products, and achieved good results.
