摘要
针对链齿式残膜回收机捡拾效率不高、工作性能一般等问题,设计了一台链齿式残膜回收机。首先,介绍了工作原理和结构设计;然后,运用Design-Expert8. 060软件,采用Box-Behnken试验方法,以捡拾转速、入土深度、捡拾齿周向间距、捡拾齿轴向间距为影响因素,以捡拾率为响应值,进行了四因素四水平的响应面试验及回归方差分析,分析各因素对链齿式残膜回收机捡拾装置的捡拾率的影响程度,并对各个因素进行优化。试验结果表明:影响捡拾率程度的大小依次为捡拾转速>捡拾齿轴向间距> C捡拾齿周向间距>入土深度;当捡拾转速91. 41r/min、入土深度143. 48mm、捡拾齿周向间距91. 49mm、捡拾齿轴向间距32. 31mm时,残膜的捡拾率达到91. 02%,相对误差较小。
Aiming at the problems of low picking efficiency and general working performance of the chain tooth residual film collector,this paper first designs a chain tooth residual film recovery machine,introduces the working principle and structure design,and then uses Design-Expert8. 060 software. The four factors and four levels of response surface test and regression variance analysis were carried out by using Box-Behnken test method to design response surface test with pick-up speed,depth of ground,circumferential distance of picking teeth,axial distance of picking teeth as the influencing factor and picking rate as the response value. The influence of various factors on the pick-up rate of the pick-up device of the chain toothed residual film collector is analyzed. The experimental results show that the order of the degree of picking up rate is picking speed > picking tooth axial distance > C picking tooth circumferential distance >depth of ground. The optimal working parameters are as follows: picking speed 91. 41 r/min,depth 143. 48 mm,picking tooth circumferential distance 91. 49 mm,picking up axial distance 32. 31 mm,the picking rate of residual film reaches 91. 02,and the relative error is small.
