摘要
针对农作物秸秆及牧草收储运生产环节关键技术装备设计过程中,整机智能化、自动化水平普遍较低及其存在的问题与不足,本文重点介绍9JF-3型草捆自动捡拾码垛运输车液压系统设计、元件组成、工作原理,根据实际应用情况,阐述液压系统设计思路和方法,明确其优缺点,并对液压系统设计过程中应考虑和注意的核心问题进行分析探讨。通过设计试制、样机现场试验与调试,确定最佳性能参数,验证系统设计的合理性、正确性、科学性和实用性,力图为行业相关农作物秸秆收储运及牧草收获机械化生产装备液压系统设计提供共性化、通用性解决方案。
For forage in the process of purchasing and ship the production key technology and equipment design, machine intelligence, automation level is generally low and its existing problems and deficiencies, this article focuses on 9 JF-3 type automatic collecting bale pallet truck hydraulic system design, component composition, working principle, according to the practical application of hydraulic system design ideas and methods, clear the advantages and disadvantages, and should be considered in the process of the hydraulic system design and analysis, this paper discusses the core issue of attention. Through the design trial production, prototype field test and debugging, determine the best performance parameters, verify the rationality, correctness, scientificity and practicability of the system design, and try to provide a generic and universal solution for the design of the hydraulic system of the industry related forage harvesting mechanization production equipment.
