摘要
对利用电路开关、铰链、电磁气阀、气缸、导轮、机械连杆等常用元件制作的皮带自动纠偏装置进行详细探讨分析。此装置利用导轮随皮带偏移带动机械连杆开启电路开关,从而控制电磁气阀,使气缸对皮带托辊产生调整力,使皮带自动回位,达到自动纠偏的目的。
This paper discusses and analyzes a belt automatic deviation correction device made of common components such as circuit switch, hinge, solenoid valve, cylinder, guide wheel, mechanical connecting rod, etc. This device uses the guide wheel to drive the mechanical connecting rod to open the circuit switch with the belt offset. Thus control the solenoid valve, make the cylinder adjust the belt roller, make the belt automatically return, achieve the purpose of automatic deviation correction.
