摘要
在分析超越离合器滑座结构特点及传统加工工艺缺陷的基础上,提出了一种新型的冷挤压成形工艺。基于数值模拟方法,应用DEFORM-3D软件模拟了零件成形过程中的坯料变形、金属流动、等效应力场及成形载荷情况。结果表明,新型成形工艺的坯料形变、金属流动及成形载荷情况均较合理。根据模拟条件进行了挤压成形试验,获得了质量合格的制件,进一步验证了成形工艺的可行性。
        A new type of cold extrusion forming process was put forward based on the analysis of the structure characteristics of overrunning clutch slider and the defect of the traditional forming process.Based on numerical simulation method,deformation,metal flowing,equivalent stress field and forming load in the process of forming was simulated by the application of DEFORM-3 D software.The results show that the deformation,metal flow and forming load of new forming process is reasonable.The extrusion experiment is carried out according to the simulation conditions.Feasibility of forming process is verified by getting qualified part.
