摘要
针对回转式空气预热器(空预器)换热效率计算,提出了一种不需要烟风流量热容比修正曲线的近似方法,烟风流量热容比修正曲线在PTC 4.3的空预器效率计算中是必须的,但又是难以得到的。本方法以效能-传热单元数原理为基础,通过分析大量的、涵盖多种煤质和多种容量的锅炉空预器设计参数,得到不同传热单元数下的空预器效能和烟风流量热容比的关系,进而建立了空预器换热效率的计算模型。以某机组的空预器改造为例,采用该模型计算了空预器换热效率,得到的结果较为准确,与设计值和实际情况相符。
        The correction curves of heat capacity ratio of flue gas flow rate are necessary in heat transfer efficiency calculation for rotary air preheaters according to the PTC 4.3, but it is difficult to obtain. In this paper,an approximate method was proposed, which does not require the correction curves. On the basis of the effectiveness-NTU(number of transfer units) method, this method analyzes a large number of design parameters of air preheaters covering a variety of coal qualities and capacities, and obtains the relationship between the efficiency of air preheater and the heat-capacity ratio of flue gas flow and air flow with different heat transfer units, then it establishes the calculation model for heat transfer efficiency of air preheaters. Finally, this method was applied to calculate the heat transfer efficiency of air preheaters in a power plant, the results are consistent with the design and actual operation situations, indicating this method is relatively accurate.
