非政府组织在社会治理现代化中的作用

摘要
创新社会治理体制是社会建设理论的跃升,是对社会管理的全面升级,也是推进社会现代化的必然之举。创新社会治理体制任重道远,其基本路径当为全面走向社会治理的现代化,而社会治理现代化须有足够的动力系统。在公认治理主体为多元的背景下,长期以来处在夹缝中的非政府组织的动力作用应予重视。基于此,当在治理主体多元、现代化进程和社会治理体系之间的嵌套关联中探究非政府组织对社会治理现代化的推动作用。
The innovation of social governance system is conducive to the leap of social construction,the comprehensive upgrade of social management as well as the development of social modernization. And despite the fact that there is tough work ahead and a long way to go to achieve the goal,the basic path is the comprehensive modernization of social governance,for which sufficient power systems are required. NGO play an important role to promote the social modernization,especially in nowadays' background of the diversity of social governance body. Based on this understanding,we should explore the role of NGO in promoting the modernization of social governance in the nested relationship between the governance subject pluralism,the modernization process and the social governance system.
