文化社会学视域下的教师角色定位的认同、特点和研究启示

教师角色作为教师教育理论的一个重要研究问题,不同的研究者对其定位的认识也所不同,同时也反映出教师角色定位的复杂性和综合性。布迪厄从文化社会学的视角将教师角色定位为教师是主流阶级的知识代言人、是制度化体系的赋权者和践行者、是学生文化资本的权威者和布道者、是社会结构的再生产者和转化者,呈现出权威性和妥协性、生成性与等级性的特点,为我国后续对教师角色认同和定位的相关研究提供了新的研究方法和启示。
Teacher’s role is an important research issue in teacher education theory. Different researchers have different understandings of teacher’s role positioning, which also reflects the complexity and comprehensiveness of teacher’s role positioning. From the perspective of cultural sociology, Bourdieu positioned the teacher’s role as the knowledge spokesman of the mainstream class, the empowerment agent and practitioner of the institutionalized system,the authoritarian and preacher of the students’ cultural capital, the reproducr and transformer of the social structure,showing the characteristics of authority and compromise, generation and hierarchy, and providing us with a new research method and enlightenment.
