摘要
油田码头输油臂常年受潮湿环境影响,腐蚀严重,输油臂缺陷评估可以有效的避免输油臂漏油、倒塌的事故发生。API579标准是研究管道腐蚀剩余强度评价的标准之一。本文阐述了适用性评估的四种分级评价模式,依据API579建立输油臂缺陷评估模型,并通过渤海某码头现场检测数据进行计算,评估出具体使用寿命。此方法具有较强通用性和实用性,可推广使用。
        The oil delivery arm of the oilfield terminal is affected by the humid environment all the year round,and the corrosion is serious.The evaluation of the oil delivery arm defect can effectively avoid the oil leakage and collapse accident of the oil delivery arm.The API579 standard is one of the criteria for studying the residual strength evaluation of pipeline corrosion.This paper describes four evaluation models for applicability assessment,and establishes an oil arm defect assessment model based on API579.From the models we can calculate the actual service life by calculating the field test data of a terminal in Bohai.This method has strong versatility and practicability and can be popularized.
