摘要
随着地下储气库建设、天然气开发的大规模进行,对油套管螺纹的气密封性要求越来越高。由于油套管的加工公差配合,运输过程中的磕碰、微腐蚀,螺纹脂不合理使用,作业过程中上扣扭矩不合理等因素,极易造成螺纹密封性能下降,从而导致油套管泄漏,影响管柱和井筒的完整性与安全性。因此,需要在油套管下井过程中对螺纹连接进行气密封性能检测。论述了检测装置的液气动力系统、增压系统、检测执行系统、控制系统以及辅助系统的研发、选配等工作。经室内试验和现场应用表明,研发的检测装置操作性强,现场应用效果良好,性能指标达到国外同类产品水平。
With the construction of underground gas storage and the development of natural gas on a large scale, the gas tightness of tubing casing thread is required more and more. Due to the processing tolerance of oil casing, bump and micro-corrosion during transportation, unreasonable use of thread grease, and unreasonable torque during operation, etc., the sealing performance of oil casing declined easily, leading to the leakage of oil casing and affecting the integrity and safety of pipe string and wellbore. Therefore, it is necessary to test the gas sealing performance of thread connections during casing running. The development and selection of the hydro-pneumatic power system, supercharging system, test execution system, control system and auxiliary system of the testing device are discussed. The laboratory test and field application show that the developed testing device has great operability and application, the performance index reaches the level of similar foreign products.
