摘要
目的:了解重庆市某医院门诊患者满意度及影响因素,为医疗机构提升患者满意度提供参考。方法:对1840例患者进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行描述性分析、相关分析以及多元线性回归分析。结果:95%的患者非常满意,2%的患者较为满意,患者总体对医院门诊服务比较满意。患者对该院技术水平满意度最高,平均(4.59±0.05)分;对医疗费用满意度最低,平均(3.91±0.05)分。患者的文化程度、收入、医院的技术水平、医疗费用等影响门诊患者的满意度(P<0.05)。结论:医院需提高技术水平、降低医疗费用、改善非技术性缺陷,提高门诊患者满意度。
        Objective: To know the outpatients' satisfaction degree and influencing factors of a tertiary hospital in Chongqing Province. Methods: 1840 questionnaires were acquired, and the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis. Results: 95% of the outpatients were very satisfied and 2% were fairly satisfied. The outpatients' satisfaction rate toward medical technology level was the highest and the average score was(4.59±0.05). The satisfaction rate toward medical treatment charge was the lowest with average score of(3.91±0.05). The education level, income, technology level and expenditure influenced the patients' satisfaction degree(P<0.05). Conclusion: In order to improve outpatients positive attitude ratio, hospitals need to enhance technology level, reduce expenditure and perfect their services.
