摘要
齿轮减速的润滑对于改善齿轮性能,提高齿轮使用寿命具有重要意义。本文对一种空间用减速器技术指标进行分析,选取了两种适用的润滑脂,分别用两种润滑脂进行了热循环实验,根据热循环实验的结果分析两种润滑脂性能对减速器的影响,并通过实验对比了两种润滑脂的运动粘度和极压强度对齿轮接触疲劳强度的影响。
Lubrication for gear reducer has important significance for performance improving and service life increasing. In this paper,by analysis on the technical indexes of gear reducer used in space,two grease were selected. The effect of the properties of grease on the gear reducer were analysised by applying thermal cycling tests. According to the results,the influence of the contact strength of the kinematic viscosity an extreme pressure strength to grease were compared.
