摘要
儿科门诊实习是儿科临床教学工作的重要组成部分之一。近年来,由于医患关系的紧张化及电子病历系统的普及,以往的教学方法已无法满很好的实施,导致教学质量的显著下滑,因此如何找到适应新形势的儿科门诊带教方法迫在眉睫。笔者结合本科临床带教经验进行分析讨论,以期为提高儿科教学质量提供参考。
Pediatric outpatient internship is one of the important components of pediatric clinical teaching. In recent years, due to the intensification of the relationship between doctors and patients and the popularity of the electronic medical record system, the previous teaching methods have been unable to implement well, resulting in a significant decline in the quality of teaching. Therefore, how to find a pediatric outpatient teaching method adapted to the new situation is imminent. The author analyzes and discusses the combination of undergraduate clinical teaching experience to provide reference for improving the quality of pediatric teaching.
