摘要
文章对制造企业服务化的内涵进行分析,深入对比"产品"与"服务"的区别,挖掘制造企业服务化的内外部动因,并提出产品生命周期导向服务化、全产业链导向服务化、客户价值链导向服务化这三种从低级到高级的服务化路径。
This paper analyzes the connotation of manufacturing enterprises servitization, deeply comparing the difference between the "product" and "service". The internal and external motivation of mining enterprises servitization are explored, and the orientation of the product life cycle, the whole industry chain of service oriented service, the customer value chain guide these three from low level to high level of service as a service path are put forward.
