毛泽东体育教育思想及其当代价值

摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和思辨法,对毛泽东体育教育思想进行考究,认为其蕴涵德、智、体全面发展的体育教育思想,倡导"健康第一"教育思想,体现炼志救国的意志体育观和身体力行的实践体育精神,宣扬动以养生的积极参与精神、践行的终身体育观,以及高质轻负的体育教育思想。重构毛泽东体育教育思想是当代体育教育价值实施的保障和依据,是当代学校体育课程改革的指南,既可以提高全民族的身心健康水平,也有助于培养体育精神、构建体育氛围。
This paper aims to guide modern physical education and curriculum reform,and to study MAO Zedong's thought of physical education by means of literature,logic and analysis. The advocate of"health first"education ideology implies the all-round development of morality,intelligence and body,embodies the will to save the country and the spirit of practice sports,promotes the active participation spirit of exercise and health,and practices the concept of lifelong sports and sports education thought of high quality and light weight. Reconstructing MAO Zedong's thought of physical education is the guarantee and basis for the implementation of the value and quality education of sports education. It is the guide for the reform of contemporary school physical education curriculum,and can not only improve the level of physical and mental health of the whole nation,but also help to cultivate the spirit of sports and build a sports atmosphere.
