布地奈德联合不同药物雾化吸入治疗6~10岁慢性持续期儿童哮喘的效果

摘要
目的探讨布地奈德联合不同药物雾化吸入治疗6~10岁慢性持续期儿童哮喘的效果。方法将我院收治的82例6~10岁慢性持续期哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予以布地奈德+特布他林进行治疗,观察组采用布地奈德+特布他林+异丙托溴铵进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,夜间哮喘发作率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿气喘、咳嗽、哮鸣音消失时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的FEV1、FEV1%和FEV1/FVC均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗过程中均未发生严重不良反应。结论与布地奈德联合特布他林相比,布地奈德联合特布他林和异丙托溴铵雾化吸入在提高儿童慢性持续期哮喘的治疗效果、改善肺功能、降低夜间哮喘发作等方面更具优势。
        Objective To explore the effect of aerosol inhalation therapy of budesonide combined with different drugs on6-10 years old children with chronic persistent asthma. Methods Eighty-two children with chronic persistent asthma aged6-10 treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was treated with budesonide+terbutaline, while the observation group was treated with budesonide +terbutaline +ipratropium bromide. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the attack rate of asthma at night was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The time of asthma,cough and wheezing disappearance, hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FEV1, FEV1% and FEV1/FVC in both groups significantly increased,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment in both groups. Conclusion Compared with budesonide combined with terbutaline, budesonide combined with terbutaline and ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation has more advantages in improving the therapeutic effect of children's chronic persistent asthma, improving pulmonary function and reducing nighttime asthma attack.
