“一带一路”背景下高职院校境外办学实践——以无锡商业职业技术学院为例

摘要
无锡商业职业技术学院探索"借船出海"校企联合"走出去"办学新模式,在柬埔寨成立职业培训中心、联合开展留学生学历教育、申办股份制海外大学,在深化产教融合、强化多元参与、创新人才培养、服务"一带一路"方面收获经验。构建监管机制和质量体系是高职院校境外办学的发展根本;加强顶层设计与科学规划是高职院校境外办学的关键;搭建公共服务平台和资源共享平台是高职院校境外办学的抓手。
Wuxi Vocational Institute of Commerce explored the new mode of running a college that is college-enterprise cooperating in running a college outside China. It sets up a vocational training center in Kampuchea, launches international students' academic degree education and bids for running shareholding universities abroad, and has gained experience in deepening the integration of production and education, strengthening diversified subjects participation, innovating talents cultivating mode and serving the"One Belt and One Road"strategy. For the development of running a college abroad, the construction of the supervision mechanism and the quality assurance system is the fundamental; strengthening top-level design and scientific planning is the key; and building public service platform and resource sharing platform is the acting point.
