高热剂实现电路毁伤的试验探究

摘要
为了破坏敌目标电子设备,实现电路毁伤,使其控制系统瘫痪,时行用高热剂烧毁电路元件的试验探究;以Al粉、Fe2O3粉以及Si O2粉,按一定比例在行星式球磨机中进行混合制备A、B两种高热剂,将干燥后的高热剂药粉末压制成直径20 mm的药柱放到电路板上进行点火试验;通过红外测温仪观测药柱的燃烧温度,待高热剂燃烧之后观察高热剂燃烧对电路板线路及各种元件的毁伤效果;实验结果表明:在铝热剂中加入一定量二氧化硅能在放热时生成大量熔渣,使电路板上电路元件烧伤短路,破坏电路系统。
        In order to destroy the enemy electronic equipment,to achieve circuit damage and to make the control system paralyzed,we used high heat agent to test the burning of circuit components. Al powder,Fe2 O3 powder and SiO2 powder were used as raw materials,and mixed in a planetary ball mill according to a certain ratio to prepare high-heating agents of two formulas A and B,and the dried high-calorie powder was pressed into a pellet of 20 mm in diameter and be put on the board for ignition test. The infrared temperature detector was used to observe the change of the combustion temperature of the drug column.After the high heat agent is burned,the damage effect of the high heat agent combustion on the circuit board circuit and various components is observed. The experimental results show that adding a certain amount of silica to the thermite can generate a large amount of slag while exothermic,so that the circuit components on the circuit board are burned and short-circuited to achieve the destroying the circuit system.
