基于业主方的能源基建工程冲突管理策略研究

摘要
能源基建工程冲突管理具有多样性、自适应性、自组织性等众多特性,可将工程冲突管理系统视为一个复杂适应系统。为探究业主方在能源基建工程冲突管理中的应用,提升工程冲突管理水平,分析项目组织间冲突管理的复杂性,对能源基建工程冲突管理进行深入解读。以业主的视角提出优化冲突管理主体,建立冲突管理系统,完善冲突管理策略,以期为能源基建工程冲突管理提供有益借鉴。
The conflict management of energy infrastructure projects has many characteristics, such as diversity,adaptability,self-organization and so on. Therefore, the engineering conflict management system can be regarded as a complex adaptive system.For the exploration of the application of the owner in the energy infrastructure projects in conflict management, improve project management level of conflict, complexity analysis of project conflict management among organizations, in-depth interpretation of the energy infrastructure project conflict management. From the angle of owner's view, puts forward the strategy of optimizing conflict management, establishing conflict management system and improving conflict management strategy, so as to provide useful reference for the conflict management of energy infrastructure projects.
