正电子医用断层成像(PET)探测器产业技术创新分析——以飞利浦为例

摘要
[目的/意义]文章通过飞利浦PET探测器专利大数据情报的全球发展动态进行分析,深入研究PET探测器当前发展的技术热点,窥探国外重点竞争对手专利布局以及核心专利,旨在为我国企业以及政府在该领域的发展提供参考。[方法/过程]利用国家知识产权局专利信息检索和分析平台对飞利浦PET探测器领域专利情报进行检索分析,首先判断当前飞利浦研究的技术热点,随后基于该技术热点,根据飞利浦在该技术热点的核心专利挖掘其核心专利技术,其中核心专利基于专利被引频次、五局布局情况、五局授权情况等确定。[结果/结论]读出芯片一直是飞利浦致力研发的方向,同时飞利浦主要在TDC/ADC电路上改进,以解决光子位置的偏移,前端电子特性的限制和硅光电倍增管SiPM的敏感性的问题,中国企业在解决上述问题时,应注意避免上述解决方案,同时,光子位置的偏移是其主要的研发方向,中国企业也可在该方向上与其合作。另外,飞利浦不乏在中国布局的核心专利,中国企业在研发时应注意规避侵权风险。
        Purpose/significance: Based on the analysis of the global development of Philips PET detector patent big data information, this paper deeply studies the technical hot spots of the current development of PET detector, and probes into the patent layout and core patents of foreign key competitors. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the development of Chinese enterprises and the government in this field. Methods/process: The patent information retrieval and analysis platform of the State Intellectual Property Office was used to retrieve and analyze the patent information in the field of Philips PET detector. Firstly, the hot spot of Philips research was judged, and then based on the hot spot of the technology, the patent information of Philips detector was searched and analyzed by using the patent information retrieval and analysis platform of State intellectual property Office. According to Philips in the hot spot of the technology core patent mining its core patent technology, in which the core patent is based on the patent citation frequency, five bureau layout, five bureau authorization and so on. Results/conclusion: The readout chip has always been in the research and development direction of Philips, and Philips is mainly improving the TDC/ADC circuit to solve the problems of the offset of the photonic position, the limitation of the electronic characteristics of the front end and the sensitivity of the silicon photomultiplier SiPM. In solving the above problems, Chinese enterprises should pay attention to avoid the above solutions, at the same time, the offset of the position of photons is the main research and development direction, Chinese enterprises can also cooperate with them in this direction. In addition, Philips does not lack core patents in China, so Chinese enterprises should avoid the risk of infringement in research and development.
