摘要
针对老年神经退行性疾病临床样本数据分散,缺乏数据共享,以及没有统一的数据标准等现实问题;同时为响应国家政策,健康中国、健康医疗大数据,提出通过构建多中心的老年神经退行性疾病临床大数据研究平台,对该疾病的生理资料、核磁影像和神经心理学量表等临床数据进行一体化管理。采用浏览器/服务器(B/S)架构,采取多中心的管理方案,在获取更多患者数据的同时,也促成临床数据共享。并根据该疾病临床诊治特点,结合当前大数据良好的运用前景,对其临床数据进行数据分析与挖掘。通过构建多中心老年神经退行性疾病临床大数据研究平台,可以有效帮助该疾病临床相关数据的标准化管理,并实现信息共享,促进健康医疗大数据的发展。
        Aiming to solve the problems such as scattered clinical sample data of senile neurodegenerative diseases,lack of data sharing,and no unified data standard,and respond to national policy,healthy China,health care big data,a multi-center clinical big data research platform for senile neurodegenerative diseases was proposed to manage clinical data such as physiological data,nuclear magnetic imaging,and neuropsychology scales in an integrated manner. Browser/server( B/S) architecture and multi-center management scheme would enable the sharing of clinical data while acquiring more patient data. According to the characteristics of clinical diagnosis and treatment of senile neurodegenerative diseases,clinical data of senile neurodegenerative diseases would be applied in data analysis and data mining combined with the current good application prospect of big data. it could effectively help the standardized management of clinically relevant data of neurodegenerative diseases and achieve information sharing and promote the development of big data on health care through the construction of multi-center clinical big data research platform for senile neurodegenerative diseases.
