摘要
以石膏为主要原材料的石膏砌块,制作方便,物美价廉。但因为其防水性差的原因使其在使用上严重受限,因此石膏砌块防水剂的研究也越来越受到重视。利用硼酸铵内掺入石膏砌块的方法,目的是使溶解度大的二水硫酸钙变成溶解度小的硼酸钙,从而提高石膏制品的耐水性。而为使石膏硬化体更有效的产生硼酸钙,应在石膏体内同时掺入适量生石灰。实验结果表明当石膏与硼酸铵生石灰及水的配比为100∶0.5∶2∶60时,防水效果最突出。而石蜡是一种高度憎水的材料,因此可做石膏砌块防水剂,掺入石膏内可使石膏硬化体吸水率降低。
As the main raw material of gypsum block,the production of convenient,inexpensive.Because of its poor water resistance,it is severely limited in use,so the research of waterproof agent of gypsum block has been paid more and more attention.The use of boric acid ammonium mixed with gypsum block method,the purpose is to make the solubility of two water calcium sulfate into a small solubility of calcium borate,so as to improve the water resistance of gypsum products.In order to make the gypsum hardened body more effectively produce calcium borate,the gypsum body should be added with appropriate amount of lime.The experimental results show that the water proofing effect is most prominent when the ratio of gypsum to ammonium borate and hydrated lime is 100∶0.5∶2∶60.The wax is a highly hydrophobic material,so can be used as gypsum block waterproofing agent,mixed into the gypsum can make gypsum hardening body water absorption decreased.
