摘要
目前新起的癌症诊断技术——自体荧光,是一种无创的筛选肿瘤的方法,具有快速、灵敏、无毒副作用、简便等优点,可检测出传统方法难于发现的早期肿瘤。本文就自体荧光技术原理、方法及检测肿瘤中的应用及研究进展进行一综述。
