合铜现代工业走廊建设对策研究

摘要
新常态背景下,工业走廊建设需遵循新的发展理念。安徽省合肥、铜陵两市发展基础好,具有建设现代工业走廊的基础。合铜现代工业走廊建设,将打造安徽南北发展纵轴,提升中心城市辐射带动,推动区域协调发展、绿色发展。文章分析合铜现代工业走廊建设意义、背景、基础和存在问题,并提出创新区域协调发展机制、优化空间发展格局、落实主体功能战略与制度、培育特色中小城镇、完善园区对接合作方式等对策建议。
Under the background of the Economic "New Normal",the construction of industry corridor should be designed based on the new ideas.In Anhui Province,Hefei and Tongling have advantages and conditions of constructing modern industrial corridor.Hefei-Tongling modern industry corridor will become the north-south development axes of Anhui Province. With the construction of the corridor,it will be improve the energy level,radiation and influence of the center cities.This paper analyzes the significance,background, conditions and several problems of construction in Hefei-Tongling modern industry corridor.Then propose the countermeasures and suggestions as innovating regional coordinated development mechanism,optimizing the spatial pattern of development, implementing the major function-oriented zone supporting policies,cultivating characteristic towns,and perfecting the cooperation mode of the industrial park.
