耳穴压豆法降低化疗导致胃肠道毒副反应的效果分析

摘要
目的分析耳穴压豆法降低化疗导致胃肠道毒副反应的效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年8月期间在我院进行含顺铂、环磷酰胺和(或)阿霉素化疗的恶性肿瘤患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=60例)和对照组(n=60例)。对照组采用常规服用止吐药治疗,观察组采用耳穴压豆法进行治疗,观察2组患者的HAMD、HAMA、NRS评分,胰岛素变化情况及治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者的HAMD评分、HAMA评分、NRS评分均明显低于对照组,胰岛素水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为88.33%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆法能有效降低化疗导致胃肠道毒副反应的发生率,改善治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objective Toanalyze the effect ofauricular acupoint pressingon reducinggastrointestinal side effects caused by chemotherapy.Methods 120 cases of malignant tumor including cisplatin,cyclophosphamide and/or adriamycin chemotherapy were selected in our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018.They were divide them into observation group(n=60 cases)and control group(n=60 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional antiemetic drugs,while the observation group was treated with auricular point pressing method.After treatment,the HAMD,HAMA,NRS scores,insulin changes and effective rate of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The HAMD score,HAMA score and NRS score of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The insulin level of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing can effectively reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal toxicity and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of wide application.
