摘要
针对一种新型的直线压缩机用动磁式直线振荡电机展开研究,旨在设计研发出一种高频大功率的直线电机。详细介绍了2种动磁式直线振荡电机的结构,确定了动磁式直线振荡电机的结构方案。利用有限元软件计算出该直线振荡电机的重要性能参数。完成动磁式直线振荡电机样机加工,用样机建立试验系统,测试其比推力系数,并分析了影响其比推力的因素。
This paper researches on a linear compressor with a new type moving magnet linear oscillation motor and aims to design and develop a linear motor with high frequency and high power. It also describes the two structures of the moving magnet linear oscillation motor in detail,calculates its important performance parameters by the finite element software,completes its prototype processing and according to its prototype and existing experimental conditions,establishes a set of test system to test its thrust coefficient and analyse the influencing factor on its thrust.
