摘要
受副热带高压外围暖湿气流和低窝系统共同影响,渭河流域出现大范围"斜向型"持续性强降雨,形成渭河中游林家村、魏家堡站"18.7"大洪水。洪水呈现出林家村以上及林~魏区间、魏家堡站峰高量大、魏~咸区间洪峰传播时间明显偏长等主要特征。为分析林~魏区间已有控制站峰量、洪量不平衡问题,采用地区经验公式与现场洪水调查等方法分析计算林~魏区间未控17条支流的洪峰、洪量。结果表明,区间未控支流对魏家堡站洪峰形成有明显影响。据此提出适时开展区间支流降雨-径流预报、在未控较大支流入渭口建设洪水监测设施,开展水库联合防洪调度研究等减少渭河中游洪水灾害的措施建议。为提高渭河中游发生类似洪水的预报精度提供技术支撑。
Commonly affected by the warm and humid airflow and low-pit system of the subtropical high pressure, a large range of"inclined"persistent heavy rainfall occurred in Weihe River Basin, forming a"18.7"flood in Linjiacun and Weijiabao stations in the middle of Weihe River. The floods showed the main characteristics of the above-mentioned forests above Linjia Village and Lin-Wei interval, Weijiabao station, and Wei-Ban interval peak length. In order to analyze the peak and flood imbalance of the existing control stations in Lin-Wei interval, the regional experience formula and on-site flood investigation were used to analyze and calculate the flood peaks and floods of the 17 tributaries of the forest-Wei interval. The results show that the uncontrolled tributary of the interval has a significant impact on the formation of flood peaks at Weijiabao Station. Based on this, it is proposed to carry out intermittent tributary rainfall-runoff forecasting, construct flood monitoring facilities in uncontrolled large inflows into the mouth, and carry out research on reservoir joint flood control and other measures to reduce flood disasters in the middle reaches of Weihe River. Provide technical support for improving the prediction accuracy of similar floods in the middle reaches of Weihe River.
