一种功能型消毒液存放瓶的设计及应用

摘要
目的提供一种手术台上方便储存和使用、能规范化管理的功能型消毒液存放瓶。方法功能型消毒液存放瓶由瓶体、塞盖、塞体组成。塞盖上设有通孔,通孔为四叶或多页活瓣,塞体直径与瓶颈相吻合。瓶体采用透明有机玻璃材料或者PVC医用材料制作而成,塞盖塞体采用有弹性的硅胶材料制成。结果功能型消毒液存放瓶能确保手术台上消毒液的有效浓度,减少消毒液的浪费和污染手术台的机会,方便洗手护士台上管理和使用消毒液。结论功能型消毒液存放瓶设计简单合理,操作方便快捷,能保证手术台上消毒液的存放安全,具有较高的实用性。
Objective To provide a functional disinfectant storage bottle that is convenient for storage and use on the operating table and can be standardized management. Methods The functional disinfectant storage bottle was composed of bottle body, cover and stopper. The cover was provided with a through hole, the through hole was a four-leaf or multi-leaf valve, and the stopper diameter was consistent with the bottleneck. The bottle body was made of transparent plexiglass or PVC medical materials, and the cover and stopper were made of elastic silicone material. Results The functional disinfectant storage bottle could ensure the effective concentration of disinfectant on the operating table, reduce the waste of disinfectant and the chance of contaminating the operating table, and facilitate the management and use of disinfectant by scrub nurse. Conclusion The functional disinfectant storage bottle is simple and reasonable in design, convenient in operation, safe in operation and practical.
