不同治疗方法缓解腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的效果比较

摘要
目的比较侧卧位斜扳、坐位定点旋转及仰卧位旋转治疗腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的效果。方法选择120例腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据患者入院顺序和治疗意愿分为侧卧位斜扳组、坐位定点旋转组及仰卧位旋转组。比较3组的疗效,以及治疗前后的疼痛程度和生活质量。结果 3组治疗总有效率比较无明显差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,3组的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)均明显降低(P <0.05),生活质量评分均明显升高(P <0.05),其中坐位定点旋转组的VAS评分最低(P <0.05)。结论侧卧位斜扳、坐位定点旋转及仰卧位旋转手法均为治疗腰椎间盘突出症的安全、有效疗法,且治疗效果相近,其中坐位定点旋转更有助于缓解患者的腰痛。
Objective To compare the effects of lateral oblique pull, sitting fixed-point rotation and supine rotation in the treatment of pain relief from lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and divided into a lateral oblique pull group, a sitting fixed-point rotation group and a supine rotation group according to the order of admission and treatment intention. The curative effect, pain degree and quality of life of before and after the treatment were compared among the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate among the three groups(P > 0.05).After the treatment, the visual analogue pain score(VAS) in the three groups decreased significantly(P < 0.05), and the quality of life score increased significantly(P < 0.05), among which the VAS score of the sitting fixed-point rotation group was the lowest(P < 0.05).Conclusion Lateral oblique pull, sitting fixed-point rotation and supine rotation are safe and effective treatments for lumbar disc herniation, and the curative effect is similar. Sitting fixed-point rotation is more helpful for alleviating the patient's lumbar pain.
