摘要
目的探讨模型培训系统在传染病医院门诊抽血室教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015年7月—2016年3月在门诊抽血室轮转实习的89名护生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组44名和观察组45名,对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组使用模型进行模拟教学。实习结束时对护生进行教学满意度评分和穿刺采血操作技能考核。结果观察组护生教学满意度评分和穿刺采血操作技能考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论传染病医院门诊抽血室护生带教中使用模型培训系统教学,提高了护生的临床教学满意度和穿刺采血操作技能成绩。
Objective The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of teaching practice in outpatient blood drawing room of infectious disease hospital by using model training system. Methods A total of 89 practice nurses in outpatient blood drawing room from July 2015 to March 2016 were included in this study and randomly divided into 2 groups, namely observation group(n=44) receiving simulation teaching with models and control group(n=45) receiving traditional teaching methods. Teaching satisfaction score and skills of venous puncture operation of practice nurses in 2 groups were evaluated at the end of internship. Results Compared with the control group, teaching satisfaction score and skills of venous puncture operation of practice nurses in the observation group were significantly increased(P <0.001). Conclusions The teaching practice of nurses in outpatient blood drawing room of infectious disease hospital by using the model training system could improve the teaching satisfaction and the skills of venous puncture operation in practice nurses.
