摘要
本文针对区域双创生态对区域竞争力的影响,建构了区域双创生态系统概念,在此基础上建立了区域双创生态系统潜在生态位适宜度、进化动量评估模型,评价了成渝城市群节点城市的双创生态。同时引入中国社科院城市竞争力指数进行分析,结果表明区域双创生态与城市竞争力、可持续竞争力、综合宜居竞争力有着密切的关联度,改善双创生态有助于提升城市竞争力;在分析双创生态对区域竞争力作用机理的基础上,提出了改善区域双创生态、提升竞争力的"两协同三优化"的政策建议。
        In view of the influence of regional mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecology on regional competitiveness,this paper constructs a concept of regional mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem. Based on the concept,it establishes a potential ecological niche suitability and a model of evolution momentum assessment for regional mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems,evaluates mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecology of the nodal cities in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations,and conducts the analysis via introducing the urban competitiveness index of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The results show that the region's mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecology is closely related to urban competitiveness,sustainable competitiveness,and comprehensive livability,which is helpful to enhance urban competitiveness for improving mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecology. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecology on regional competitiveness,some policy recommendations named"twosynergy and three-optimization"to improve regional business startups and innovation ecology and enhance competitiveness are proposed.
