摘要
分析公司螺杆机压缩空气系统从电动机输入电能到执行元件输出机械能,并进行能量转换;从压缩空气生产、输送与控制、设备使用等三个环节分析了造成压缩空气系统能量损失的主要原因并提出了节能改造建议。对实现气动系统整体的节能降耗具有实际指导意义。
The company's compressed air system of screw machine inputs electrical energy from the motor, outputs mechanical energy to the actuator, and performs energy conversion. The main causes of energy loss of compressed air system are analyzed from three aspects of compressed air production, transportation and control, and equipment use, and the suggestions of energy saving transformation are put forward. It has practical guiding significance for realizing energy saving and consumption reduction of the whole pneumatic system.
