摘要
针对升压斩波回路中母线电流纹波过大的问题以及回路功率器件软开关的实现问题,分析了移相控制升压斩波电路及分时并联升压斩波电路的工作方式和各自优点,提出了移相控制分时并联升压斩波电路的设计。通过仿真验证,该设计解决了升压斩波电路中母线电流纹波过大的问题,实现了升压斩波回路当中IGBT以及续流二极管的软开关,与传统升压斩波回路相比,母线电流纹波减小,提高了斩波回路的功率因数。
