摘要
本文主要讲述的是将状态空间平均法应用于4MW电动机斩波串级调速系统,解决了4MW电机斩波串级调速的控制系统的设计问题。利用状态空间平均法,将绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)和续流二极管(FWD)考虑为非理想元器件。实验表明,相比于传统串级调速系统,该控制系统可靠稳定,静态特性和动态特性更好,功率因数也更高。工业生产中,采用这种控制系统的设备运行良好,节能效果显著。
This paper is about the state space averaging method used in high power motor chopper cascade control system, which solves the problems of the designing of the control system in high power chopping cascade speed regulation system. Based on state-space averaging method, the Insulated Gate Bi-polar Translator(IGBT) & Free-Wheel Diode(FWD) are considered as non-ideal components. The experiments show that the control system is reliable and stable. It also has the better steady-state and dynamic characteristics and higher power factor compared with traditional cascade speed regulation systems. In the industrial sites, several devices based on this control system have been running very well with remarkable energy-saving effect.
