摘要
目的应用超高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS~E)对绵茵陈提取物中化学成分进行分析。方法以Acquity BEH C_(18)(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)为色谱柱,乙腈和0.1%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL·min~(-1),采用ESI电喷雾源正离子模式检测。通过自建数据库与UNIFI自带数据库结合检索得到初筛化合物,人工复核各化合物的相对保留时间、分子质量、特征碎片等信息,并结合对照品信息和文献信息对其进行验证。结果共鉴定出41个化合物,包括13个黄酮类、6个香豆素类、11个有机酸类和11个其他类化合物。其中9个化合物为在绵茵陈中首次发现。结论对绵茵陈中的化学成分进行了快速的分析,为绵茵陈的质量控制和药效物质基础研究提供了参考。
        Objective To identify the chemical components of capillary wormwood herb extracts by UPLC-QTOF/MS~E. Methods Acquity BEH C_(18) column(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm) was used for the chromatographic separation. Gradient elution was carried out with acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid solution as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min~(-1). The detector was ESI ion source, and tested in positive mode.Preliminary screening compounds were obtained by combining self-built database with UNIFI self-contained database. The identified constituents were further confirmed based on accurate mass, fragment ions, retention behaviors, reference standards and so on. Results Totally 41 components were rapidly identified, including13 flavonoids, 6 lignans, 11 phenolic acids, and 11 other compounds. Among them, 9 components were first reported in capillary wormwood herb. Conclusion The chemical components of capillary wormwood herb are studied, which provides a reference for the quality control of capillary wormwood herb and basic research of pharmacodynamic substances.
