摘要
目的建立新疆石榴皮HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%三氟乙酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长370 nm,进样量10μL,测定12批石榴皮样品,运用相似度分析软件建立石榴皮指纹图谱共有模式,并对色谱峰进行指认。结果建立了石榴皮HPLC指纹图谱,标定了18个共有峰,3个色谱峰得到指认,分别为α-安石榴苷、β-安石榴苷、鞣花酸。结论本研究建立的石榴皮HPLC指纹图谱方法稳定可行,可用于控制石榴皮质量。
        Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of Granati Pericarpium. Methods The Agilent SB-C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted with gradient elution by mixture of methanol-water(0.1% trifluoroacetic acid) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 370 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min; the column temperature was 30 ℃; the sample size was 10 μL. 12 batches of Granati Pericarpium were determined, and the common model was established by using the similarity analysis software. Chromatographic peaks were identified. Results The HPLC fingerprints of Granati Pericarpium was established and 3 out of the 18 common peaks in the fingerprint were identified, which were α-punicalagin, β-punicalagin, ellagic acid. Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprint method of Granati Pericarpium is stable and feasible, which can be used for the quality control of Granati Pericarpium.
