摘要
在工业锅炉运行过程当中,水垢直接影响着锅炉的安全性。所以,对水垢的清洗以及预防都非常重要。应用单位需要按照自己锅炉的型号以及水质等状况来科学地对水垢处理方法进行选择,将水当中的镁和钙离子进行清除,预防锅炉出现结垢。因此,论文在对锅炉水垢危害进行总结的基础上,深入分析了水垢的化学清洗方法。
During the operation of the industrial boiler, the scale in it directly affects the safety of boilers. Therefore, the cleaning and prevention of scale are very important. The application unit needs to select the scale treatment method scientifically according to its own boiler model and water quality, so as to remove the magnesium and calcium ions in the water, and prevent the boiler from scaling. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing the harm of boiler scale, this paper makes an in-depth study on the chemical cleaning of the scale.
