摘要
某种大型高牌号灰铁前端箱体在样试生产过程中出现裂纹、气孔等缺陷。借助MAGMA模拟分析软件,分析了缺陷产生的原因,并制定了相应的措施对工艺进行改进优化。经生产验证,前端箱体质量提升显著,加工后满足装机需求。
The defaults including cracks and blowholes have been happened in the sample production process of front-end box for some large-scale&high-grade gray iron. With the aids of MAGMA simulation analysis software, the causes of defects have been analyzed, and the corresponding measures have been put forward to optimize the process. By production verification, the quality of frond-end box body has been improved significantly,which can meet the installation requirement after being processed.
