摘要
针对公司生产的大型高牌号灰铸铁发动机机体铸造工艺进行分析,根据铸件结构特点进行铸造工艺设计,同时针对大型铸件铸造中常出现的尺寸精度低、缩松、气孔等主要铸造缺陷进行了分析并给出合理的解决方案,并利用铸造模拟技术对该铸造工艺进行了数值模拟分析。
The casting process of a large type of high grade grey cast iron of engine block produced by the company is discussed and analyzed in this paper. Casting process is designed according to the structural features of the castings,The main casting defects such as size accuracy,shrinkage and porosity which often occurs in the casting of large castings were analyzed,and the reasonable solution and the casting process was simulated by using casting simulation technology.
